It requires sensitivity, the right attitude, adequate knowledge and appropriate skills that only a committed, specially trained worker can provide.
WHO
Mothers and families, childcare workers in Anganwadis and neighbourhood crèches, government functionaries and NGO personnel, funding agencies and policy makers.
WHY
Structural engineers are responsible for laying the foundation of a building; caregivers are responsible for laying the foundation - of life. Should they not be trained to do their job well?
HOW
Interactive, participatory, experiential with role-plays, demonstrations, group activities and open discussions.
WHAT
Orientation and basic skill building of community childcare workers and functionaries and organisational vision building of Senior Management.
