Sunisha Ahuja is an education specialist with extensive experience in foundational learning, early literacy, and early childhood development in India. She has held leadership and technical roles with UNICEF India, Ministry of Education Government of India, Room to Read, CARE India, and Mobile Creches, working on education policy, program design, capacity building, and large-scale implementation of literacy and school-readiness initiatives.
With more than three decades of experience in the education and development sector, she worked closely with governments, development partners, and civil society organizations to design, implement, and scale evidence-based programmes that improve learning outcomes for young children, particularly those from disadvantaged communities.

Sunisha has worked in different roles at Mobile Creches from 1990 to 1998.
