Sunil is the Co-Founder of Pragyan Advisory, a leadership, culture, and organisational development firm dedicated to supporting organisations in transformation, culture shaping, and enhancing leadership effectiveness. With over 25 years of experience across consulting, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors, a significant portion of Sunil’s career has been in business consulting.

 

He has worked with a boutique consulting firm and within the People and Change competency of the Consulting SBU at PwC. Sunil is a certified practitioner of the Levels of Work framework and a trainer-assessor of capability, with expertise in tools such as Modified Career Path Appreciation (MCPA), the Hogan Suite of assessments, and Linked Psychometric Appreciation (LPA).
