Richa is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of CXO and board-level experience spanning governance, strategy, transformation, marketing, and ESG. She currently serves on the boards of JB Pharma Ltd, TableSpace Ltd, Sundrop Brands Ltd, Relaxo Footwears Ltd, Grihum Housing Finance Ltd, and Morphosis Venture Capital Ltd.

 

At the Tata Group, she was COO of the Consumer Products Business at Tata Chemicals Ltd, where she led business and cultural transformation. She also served on the boards of Tata NourishCo and Tata Unistore (Tata Cliq). Richa actively mentors senior leaders and contributes to leadership development initiatives. Based in Mumbai.
