Richa is a seasoned business leader with nearly four  decades of CXO and board-level experience spanning governance, strategy, transformation, marketing, and ESG. She currently serves on the boards of JB Pharma Ltd, TableSpace Ltd, Sundrop Brands Ltd, Relaxo Footwears Ltd, Grihum Housing Finance Ltd, and Morphosis Venture Capital Ltd.
 
At the Tata Group,  as COO of the Consumer Products Business at Tata Chemicals Ltd, she led it’s business and cultural transformation. She also served on the boards of Tata NourishCo and Tata Unistore (Tata Cliq).. Previously she brought an entrepreneurial spirit in  leadership roles at Britannia Industries Ltd, Balsara Home Products and Draft FCB, at critical inflexion points in their journeys. In 2020, Richa was on Business Today’s list of Most Powerful Women. She was also recognized amongst Impact’s ‘Top 50 Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising’ multiple times over 2015 and 2020. 

Richa is an economics graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University), an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Chevening Scholar from the London School of Economics.
