Namrata Edwards is a social development professional with 12+ years of experience in inclusive early childhood development (ECD), disability inclusion, caregiver-based programs, and community interventions across India. She holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work and an Honors degree in Sociology.

 

She has worked with community-based organizations to design and implement inclusive ECD programs, focusing on caregiving, child rights, gender equity, and disability justice. Her work is rooted in inclusion, equity, and participation, with a commitment to creating safe, enabling environments for women and children.

 

As Thematic Lead for Parenting Programs, she specializes in ECD and leads evidence-based parenting interventions that build caregiver capacity, promote nurturing care, and improve early learning and development outcomes.
