
Manshvi Palan, Thematic Lead- ECD Training & Quality
Manshvi Palan is an Early Childhood Education (ECE) professional with over a decade of experience in education, training, and capacity building. With a deep understanding of both formal and informal education systems across India, she has consistently championed the rights and developmental needs of young children, especially from marginalized communities. She was selected as a WISE Emerging Leaders Fellow 2023 by the Qatar Foundation—representing India in a global cohort of 13 changemakers—and presented her vision for embedding life skills in Indian education at the WISE Summit in Doha. Her work reflects a deep commitment to equity, inclusivity, and systemic transformation.
Currently serving as Thematic Lead – ECD Training & Quality at Mobile Creches, Manshvi provides strategic and technical leadership to strengthen the quality of ECD programming across the organization and its partners. She oversees the design and implementation with an aim to provide inclusive training programs and strengthens the capacity of national trainers. Her approach ensures that ECD practitioners are equipped with the skills and mindset needed to create responsive, high-quality environments.
Her work is grounded in the belief that thriving, inclusive environments—enabled by trained caregivers and responsive ecosystems—are foundational to every child’s ability to grow and succeed in a rapidly changing world.
