Ranu is the Executive Director at CARMDAKSH and a development consultant, with extensive experience in leadership roles including Director at Oxfam, Director–Programmes at the Aga Khan Foundation, and Project Executive at PRADAN. She has also worked as a freelance consultant. Her areas of interest include gender, livelihoods, environmental issues, and rural development programmes. She is also a trained vocalist.
