Vinod holds a bachelor's degree in both Economics and Philosophy, as well as master's degrees in philosophy and social work. With over 15 years of experience in program development, fundraising, project implementation, and donor relations, he played a pivotal role in making the HDFC-Learning Continuum Project (Bridge Education)  in Jharkhand and Odisha an award-winning initiative recognized by BCC&I and ICC and appreciated by Hon'ble Deputy CM Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo of Odisha.  As the Thematic Lead at Mobile Creches, Vinod excels in program management, partnership development, and program monitoring, ensuring every child has a place to live and thrive.
